Life update (do you even do these via email? Or at all?)

+ Announcement

I’m currently in the middle of writing university exams.

My Goal?

Simple.

Pass them all with minimal effort.

But I might have already fucked myself.

I finished my second exam today (2 more coming next week)

While the second one, marketing, was quite interesting to study for and I more or less smashed it, the first exam went terribly.

Maths and theory of science combined.

The questions and format pissed off the entire 800 student strong grade.

I’d say I’m at a 50% failing chance just by feel.

Weirdly I didn’t really mind.

I just shook it off.

What hurt more was:

I realized I’m not following the priorities I set for myself.

  • business

  • gym

  • uni

In that order.

I couldn’t make enough time for business recently.

While that was necessary to pass most exams (hopefully), it’s still annoying.

Of course we can’t change the past.

And technically I’m still in for 5 more days of studying.

But anyway:

I finally completed something I had in store for a long time:

A complete course on baseline-level productivity.

Every foundation it takes to get shit done.

To finally actually make progress- like I did over the last few months (while constantly dealing with uni)

I packaged these core principles into a 7-day email course.

Here is a short sneaky peaky:

  • Day 1: How to set goals to get to your dream life

  • Day 2: The rule of 3 (this one has to deal with how you manage priorities, not like me recently lol)

  • Day 3: The 80/20 rule, which many people know of but simply don’t care to apply for some reason (we’ll fix that)

  • Day 4: Eating the Frog, which single-handedly is the most important and efficient productivity tactic known to humankind

  • Day 5: The concept of Brain Points (this will provide you with a new perspective on how your brain works, functions, and how to use YOUR own mind to the maximum of its capacity)

  • Day 6: Finding your constraint (terribly underrated principle)

  • Day 7: Deep Work/Flow State, as many people know about these concepts but can’t really seem to grasp them that well (which we’ll also take care of)

Yep, all of this.

In 7 days.

The plan is to send that sequence to every new email subscriber, but I’ll roll it out to you beautiful people first :)

You’ve never seen anything like this visit your inbox since you created your Gmail account.

This is the blueprint I wish I had 2 years ago when I started my self-improvement journey.

Hell, some of the content would have made me double my progress if I had followed this advice 6 months ago.

So put on your seatbelts.

And even if you’re the advanced, optimized productivity dude (welcome to the club) who knows about all the upcoming stuff-

I bet my X account you haven’t used all the principles to their full capability.

I know even I haven’t (and I regret it)

So keep an eye out for my name visiting your inbox the next days.

Hope you enjoy :)

See you soon,

Henri
